For me, life is about forming networks and connections with the people around me, exploring the depths of my psyche and intellect, increasing my knowledge and learning as much as I can, maximizing my personal growth, and broadening my perspectives.
I’m miserable when I’m complacent, and happy when progressing towards a goal. I believe that expanding your perspective, poking at the bounds of your comfort zone and keeping an open mind are some of the keys to aging gracefully and remaining young at heart.
Some of my passions are:
- Management (of projects, people, personal growth, tasks, and habits)
For the first part of my adult life, I worked as a software developer, then project manager. Phase two, I returned to school for a degree in Law, and worked briefly as a lawyer before taking the scary leap into pursuing my passion, founding Evergrowth Coaching & Consulting and working full-time as an executive and leadership coach.
I see introspection and reflection as two of the keys to best understanding ourselves, finding happiness, and deriving meaning from our lives. Whenever I am able to articulate (or have articulated for me) a new idea or concept, I write about it here. The process of writing is time consuming, but it’s enjoyable and enriching. If nothing else, it provides me with a medium to articulate the ideas that are constantly swirling around in my head.
