A leader possesses the natural longing for learning. But, it’s not the kind of learning where one hides away from criticisms, rejections, or blunders. It’s the kind where his willingness goes beyond unpleasant consequences to set an example where mistakes and failures are critical for the genuine application of learning. Thus, being able to grasp timeless wisdom. As transformational leaders, we understand that the actions we make create an impact. In such a high-stake environment, leaders end up in a place where they become less willing to learn.
