The saying “forgive and forget” rings true when it comes to being the better versions of ourselves. There is no such thing as perfect leaders – only those who are constantly improving. In this episode, I would be talking about using performance as a means to overcome an inability to forgive ourselves. It’s normal to improve our performance by continuously learning from our mistakes, but having the unwillingness to forgive ourselves for that mistake should not be the case.
