Most of you focus on productivity, success, efficiency, and being good at things. You are moving quickly even if you are not relaxed but did you know that our innate pace tends to be measured relax? You have a natural speed at which you can move from closure to openness. Tempo is about the rate at which you are moving through life and is the speed at which you operate.
