Communication skills refer to soft skills. These are the things you can see people constantly share about, talk about, ask about, and insist on that leaders need. These skills tend to be the ability to communicate in an effective way, to have people feel listened and have a flow of the conversation work.

There are different areas in which we can gauge someone’s effectiveness. More than communication skills, there is also a need to know who they’re being underneath the skills of listening.
